It opens onto a lawn with a lovely view of a pond of more than 1 hectare. Ideal for recharging your batteries, hiking, and discovering a green region of forests and meadows where superb Limousin cows graze. Saint Leonard de Noblat, the beautiful medieval town, is 15 km away, Lake Vassivière is 25 minutes away, and Lake Bujaleuf is 5 minutes away.

On the ground floor: living room-kitchenette with sitting area, small unusual lounge space set up in the old bread oven (ideal for meditation), shower room with toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase, an attic bedroom (1 double bed) opens onto a small balcony. Small terrace in front of the house and completely independent terrace facing the pond. No washing machine or internet connection.
